What would you like to know about our practice? To get you
started in learning about us, we've listed below the answers
to some of the questions that we most frequently receive. Please
don't hesitate to call us if you have a different question
or if you'd like any more information on an additional topic.
How does the doctor keep up to date
on all of the current techniques and materials?
Dr. Gonzalez believes very strongly in the value and importance
of continuing education, so he takes many hours of courses
in comprehensive care, cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry
each year. We understand that it is essential to keep up with
current trends in dentistry to keep our customers satisfied
with their dental treatments.

Will I be charged if I need to cancel
an appointment?
Dr. Gonzalez has a very busy practice, and when you make an
appointment we reserve that time just for you. If you have
to cancel, we do ask that you give us at least two days notice
so that we can accommodate another patient who is waiting to
be seen. If you do not give us sufficient notice, we will charge
you for the appointment.

What different payment options do
you provide?
There are a variety of payment options for the dental
treatment you receive in our office. If you are covered by
insurance, we will work with you to help you get whatever benefits
you are entitled to. For any treatments not covered by insurance,
we offer payment plans through third-party financing companies.
Some of these have no-interest payment options available.

My gums bleed after I brush. Is this
something to be concerned about?
Yes. It is not normal to have bleeding gums. Even if you've
been brushing and flossing regularly, you may have periodontal
disease. Please call our office to make an appointment. Trisha,
Maurie and Irena, the hygienists in our office, are highly
trained and skilled in providing gum therapy.

I want my front teeth to look better,
but I do not want to wear braces. What would you recommend?
There are a variety of ways that we can change the appearance
of your front teeth without braces, including veneers, bonding
or recontouring of your teeth. We invite you to come into our
office for an examination to discuss which option would be
best for your particular situation.

I really do not like visiting the
dentist, is there anything you can do to help me relax?
We offer sedation dentistry, which helps many
fearful people get the dental treatment that they want and
need. Many patients have told us, however, that the relaxed
and friendly atmosphere of our office has been all that it
takes to help them overcome their dental anxieties.
